What makes it an emergency? Currently deals with the issue of Military urbanism: exploring border conditions 

Who gains and who is at risk? online users interested or affected by border issues…. interested in  being insurgent online 

How does your project address this emergency?  Will help border control (military urbanism) web activists by developing  tools for creating a manifesto…”a web manifesto kit”
